Here we are 2021. Lets start this new decade off right. According to the Gregorian calendar, a new year technically starts with 1. So, lets just move past this 1 year... and get to the acceptance and practice of better mindfulness. I have a lot of hope riding on this year to be honest. I have a hunch that this year will bring a lot of bright things to people. Although we are at war with each other, one can only hope that we begin to open our eyes and see what is around us. One can hope we begin to listen to what we and others say, and to constructively criticize our systems.
