Something about Fall gives me a fresh new perspective to the world. It's like the world is letting me know that death and rebirth is a beautiful thing. It gives me direction and inspiration for photos, writing and all kinds of stuff. And for those who has seasonal depression during these times, I want to give you my love (I have been there as well). You can do this! A method I like using it to find some self care methods for this fall/winter and getting up and trying your best with them. I want to let you know you are not alone during this, and to remember to get help when you need it.
