Trying to keep a steady good feeling.. I'm going to hold onto it as much as possible. Try to convince my brain that I'm in control and nothing is going to get in my way. I'm starting to feel like family at work; I keep trying to push through with the current problems that anxiety gives me. I'm doing good though, and I can explain that to myself a hundred times over and still have a bad mood.
