With the world in disarray, things being strewn left and right in the country, I'm left shaken and waiting for news of something new. I am grasping for the motivation for anything right now. I feel ashamed for "dropping the ball" and not doing the regimens I'm required to do, though I know with time and patience I will be back on track...
