We often don't take the time out of our day to breath. Have you ever learned the proper way to breath? Did you know there was a proper way to breath? What I was taught was to stand or sit straight and relax your muscles. Then you deep inhale and wait three seconds and deep exhale. If you have 5 uninterrupted minutes, I really suggest to try it. It's an easy form of meditation, and actually helps when starting meditation if you've been interested in that...
